Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Orders may take up to 3-5 business days to arrive. Your order may arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. 
  • Story To Tell is not responsible for lost/stolen items, but we will do everything in our power to assist you. Please contact the carrier directly, before reaching out to us. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier, we do not see it again, but as previously stated, we will do all that we can to assist you. 
  • Major holidays may affect shipping times, so please be mindful that we are a small business and that our staff does not work on these days as we feel that they deserve to spend time with their families. 
  • Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response from customer service during this time. We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays. 

Returns/Exchanges

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at support@storytotellclothing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Exceptions / non-returnable items
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Exchanges on limited release items and exclusive items are not guaranteed. Please fully ensure your order is correct before checking out.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
